Everything you need to know about using Z Shop

Yes. Z Shop connects directly to your Shopify store to sync products, inventory, pricing, and orders. A Shopify account is required to sell products with Z Shop.

Z Shop includes a 14-day free trial and costs $19/month thereafter through Shopify billing. There are no usage fees, transaction fees, or charges for meeting attendees. Only merchants pay a subscription—customers always use the app for free. The Z Shop app in the Zoom App Marketplace is FREE.

After downloading Z Shop from the Zoom App Marketplace, click "I'm a Presenter" and then authorize the connection using your Shopify login credentials.

Yes. Attendees must install the free Z Shop Zoom app to browse products and place orders during a meeting. Presenters can click the blue Share button at the top of the app to send attendees a download prompt (recommended), or attendees can click the Apps button in Zoom (click “more” at the bottom of the Zoom window and then “apps”), search for "Z Shop," and install it manually.

Yes. Z Shop is available on mobile devices. Due to Zoom platform requirements, mobile shoppers can choose to have their cart link sent by text message or email to complete their purchase.

No. Z Shop is currently available only through the Zoom desktop and mobile applications and cannot be accessed through browser-based Zoom meetings.
