How to install Z Shop
The Z Shop app can be installed either before or during a Zoom meeting.
To install the app before a Zoom meeting, simply open the Zoom web app and then select the “More” option near the top of the window and then select the “Apps” option from the dropdown menu. Then, select the “Add Apps” option. On this screen, simply click in the search field on the left and type in “Z Shop”. When the Z Shop app appears on the right, click on the “Get” button.
To install the app during a Zoom meeting, click the “Apps” button near the bottom of the window. On the right, click the “Add Apps” option and then click on the search icon. Then, click in the search field and type in “Z Shop”. When the Z Shop app appears on the right, click on the “Get” button.
How to use Z Shop
After opening the Z Shop app during a Zoom meeting, you will need to identify as either a shopper or a presenter. Shoppers buy products, while presenters sell products.
If you are a shopper, you will simply select the “shopper” option to view the products that the presenter is selling. The products will b displayed in a list, and one of the products may be featured at the top of the list. To purchase a product (or multiple products at once), click the cart button to add the product to your checkout cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the cart icon. You will then see the checkout flow, where you will enter in your payment information, along with shipping and billing information. Once you submit your payment, you will see a blue checkmark icon that confirms your purchase.
If you are a presenter, you will select the “presenter” option. You will then see a screen that lists the various product showcases you have created. If you have not created a showcase yet, then select the + icon. You may add as many products as you like to each showcase and name the showcase.. Once you are ready to present a showcase to your customers, simply select the showcase and click the blue “present showcase” button. During presentation mode, you may pin any of the products to the top of the showcase to feature the product. You may also exit the showcase during the meeting and present a different showcase. When a shopper has purchased a product, a notification will appear on the screen that shows which product was purchased, along with the name of the shopper. A notification sound will also play.
How to remove Z Shop
Log into your Zoom account as www.zoom.us. In the top right corner, click Manage.
On the left side of the page, click Added Apps.
Identify the app to be removed then, click Remove. A Remove App window will appear.
Click Remove to confirm the removal of this app.
